John Crosby is the Executive President of the Churches of Christ in Qld. In that role he is charged with aligning and leading the whole denomination which includes both churches and its agencies. John is an ex-missionary and local church pastor who has a committment to reshaping his denomination back into a missional, sending movement. In this podcast he speaks candidly about the amazing potential of denominations which embrace innovation and which seek to support emerging leaders as well as highlighting the sometimes overwhelming challenges of taking such a direction.
